It seems they have yet to learn the second most important lesson of nuclear power - the cost is astronomical, while the return is puny.
By the way, the MOST important lesson is that nuclear power is one of the DUMBEST things humanity has ever done. And I say that as someone who worked in the nuclear industry (military, government, and commercial) for 25 years.
