Like Mother, Like Daughter

Chelsea Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky embraced their Italian holiday as they snorkeled off the shore of Sardinia on Monday.

The couple joined a few friends, including billionaire Barry Diller and his wife, fashion icon Diane von Furstenberg, for a fun day out on the boat. They jumped into the water in an alcove, surrounded by scenic rocks and cliffs.

They were seen chatting with friends and laying out on the boat before putting on their snorkeling gear and checking out the stunning blue sea.

I'm sure she earned every minute of it.

I've been boating off the shore of Sardinia. Beautiful place. While I was there the Aga Khan visited my ship and brought Audrey Hepburn along for the ride. We all had a great time.

If you want a President who sucks up to royalty, Hillary's your man. And perhaps Princess Chelsea can ascend the throne someday.

Update: And our "royal family" will soon be spending two weeks of luxury together, while We The People swelter in our ranshackle homes:

  • Sea views, sweeping lawns, and a private beach - how Hillary Clinton plans to spend break from campaigning among 'ordinary Americans' in $50,000-a-week Hamptons home
  • Four-bedroom home is being rented by the former and would-be first family for break from Hillary's campaign
  • It is owned by Republican donors and boasts extensive grounds, entertaining space and private access to sea
  • Bill Clinton is already there and Hillary will join him, then Chelsea, her husband and their new granddaughter
  • $100,000 total for two week vacation is more than twice the national average wage

I think it's interesting the house is owned by "Republican donors", whatever that means.
