Hillary Rodham (a.k.a. Clinton to some of you) appears to be obstructing justice by preventing access to a server from which she and/or her minions may have removed or destroyed evidence. She is a private citizen and has no particular government status (other than being a former First Lady entitled to Secret Service protection).

I suggest that it should be seized to prevent potential tampering with the records it holds.
Get a court order, and if she continues to obstruct access then arrest her.
