Justice: Suge Knight v. Belinda Jenner

When Marion "Suge" Knight was being assaulted by two men, he escaped in his truck and in the process struck his assailants. One died and the other was injured. He was immediately charged with murder, attempted murder, and two counts of hit-and-run:

However, when Bruce "Belinda" Jenner appeared to have caused a fatal crash while allegedly fleeing from paparazzi, no charges were filed (at least not yet):

Both incidents involved death and injury. Both appeared to have occurred because the driver of the vehicle was fleeing a possibly imaginary threat. The perceived threat to Suge was physical violence, while the perceived threat to Belinda was having her picture taken.

Suge is black, Belinda is white.

Doesn't it seem like a totally unequal standard of justice has been applied in these two incidents?

By the way, if Belinda really wants to be a woman, perhaps some jail time would help complete her transformation.
