Killer Whales On BC Coast Dying Out

In the past three years, the survival rate of newborn killer whales living along the coast of British Columbia has been zero:

Gee, you don't suppose this has anything to do with the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster in 2011, do you?

It would be helpful if someone assayed the carcasses for radioactive contamination.
