Did any CIA agent get indicted for destroying the videotapes that showed the torture? No.
Did any CIA agent get indicted for murdering prisoners in Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq? No.
Where in the US Constitution is CIA absolved of its multitude of crimes?

Unless and until all CIA criminals are tried and punished for their crimes, the US can not claim to be the moral leader of the world.
