Reassessing The "Special Relationship"

I urge you to watch and listen to the video embedded in this essay:

If after doing so you are still an unconditional supporter of Israel, there is something wrong with you.

By the way, Ms. Weir answers (at least in part) my question whether SCOTUS is an Israeli sock puppet:

Apparently Justices Brandeis and Frankfurter were just that. And if they put their "Zionist" oath above their US Constitutional oath, one has to ask what the US gets out of this "special relationship" other than getting bent over a barrel and screwed by Israel every time they please.

I also urge you to watch and listen to Ray McGovern's talk at the same conference:

Pay special attention to what he says about the murder of Rachael Corrie.

If after doing so you are still an unconditional supporter of Israel, there is something seriously wrong with you.

And what McGovern says about Fallujah near the end of the video is particularly interesting. Israeli murders beget blowback which begets a shameful massacre.

Once again the question must be asked: What are we getting from this "special relationship"? The answer, in part, is "nothing good".
