Have our schools become so violent that cops must resort to this? If they have, what does this say about America's future?
I think this cop should be fired and prosecuted for the crime of mayhem. What do you think?
Beaumont, TX is one of the petroleum refining capitols of the world. It should be a wealthy town, but apparently it's not. Many of the refineries operate in "free trade zones" and pay no taxes. Most of their profits don't benefit the area, either. All the locals get is some so-so jobs and a lot of air and water pollution.
And cops who break their children's arms.
