When you die, the government can raid your estate to recoup whatever it paid for your Medicaid expenses. If that means your family then gets nothing and becomes destitute, that's their problem. Obama ad-Dajjal, Congress, and the courts won't do a damn thing to help.
That's why it's called "ObamaDon'tCare".
Can our government possibly stoop any lower than this? We can hope not, but you know the answer is YES. They have sold us to the bankgangsters and corporations, and they intend to steal every penny we have.
