The "arsenal of democracy" is no longer needed. As the PM of Turkey once remarked:
"Democracy is like a streetcar. When you come to your stop, you get off."
The US is no longer a democracy, and its arsenal is used mainly to pillage the rest of the world in the name of "free trade".
