States vs. NSA

States with big NSA facilities, such as Tennessee and Utah, are enacting legislation to combat what the Feds are doing:

Here's another website where this concept is promoted:

Although I think this is a wonderful idea, I fear that NOTHING is going to stop the US government from doing whatever it wants. Let's face reality ... Uncle Sam crushes sovereign nations which get in his way; do you really think he gives a damn what a no-longer-sovereign US state thinks it can do? Under "continuity of government" (COG) law, Uncle Sam can commandeer whatever he pleases, including the entire State of Tennessee if need be. COG measures were implemented on 9/11/2001, and the related state of emergency is still in effect (having been renewed every time it was about to expire).

By the way, the Utah facility is where NSA stores all of our data, while the Tennessee facility is where they crack all the codes. NOTHING can be hidden from them any more.
