NSA phone dragnet is lawful ???

Your Honor, in your eyes it may be lawful, but is it constitutional?


And "lawful" doesn't mean it's right. After all, many of Hitler's atrocities were "lawful" under German and international law.

Was this just the result of an apparently sloppy judiciary, or is something else going on ... like maybe the end of so-called "checks and balances"?
