Reagan, along with George W. Bush and Obama ad-Dajjal, was one of the biggest liars ever to sit in the White House. EVERYTHING he did, including his supposed contribution to ending the Cold War, worked to the detriment of American citizens.
I think we should divert the Pentagon's entire budget into the Social Security Trust Fund until all the stolen money is paid back. I'm sure our "patriotic" generals wouldn't mind, and they can pay for military salaries by diverting some of the drug money they have been siphoning out of Afghanistan.
Or maybe they could get by on the $2.3 trillion that Rumsfeld lost track of, which by the way is almost enough to repay what was stolen from the SS Trust Fund:
