And NO ... Obama ad-Dajjal cannot raise the debt ceiling by executive action:
US Constitution, Article I, Section 9:
7: No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.
Congress isn't broke just because. It's broke because thugs like Obama ad-Dajjal and his minions WANT to break it.
If Obama ad-Dajjal won't follow the Constitution, then shut the government down ... and don't fund anything until AFTER he has been impeached and removed from office. If Biden pulls the same shit, then impeach him too.
