In spite of what the article says, the issue regarding Obama ad-Dajjal has not been "resolved"; it was aborted and buried by the powers that be. His so-called "birth certificate" is a forgery.
If Obama ad-Dajjal is eligible, then so is Ted Cruz. Both had a US citizen mother, a non-US citizen father, and both were born outside the US.
If you believe otherwise, show me your proof. And a photo-shopped document is not "proof'.
