The tyrant Obama ad-Dajjal can hold you indefinitely

So rules a federal appeals court:

US Constitution, Article I, Section 9:
2:  The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

There has been no rebellion. There has been no invasion. The public safety does NOT require it. Terrorists are not breaking down the doors of our homes; in fact, they are being enabled by a government that refuses to track them in spite of credible warnings of what they might do.

So, why has the Writ of Habeas Corpus been suspended? For the purpose of establishing tyranny. There can be no other reason.

Thomas Jefferson's experiment is over. The new experiment (whatever that is) has just begun. Save your tears for later. The next twelve years (at least) of tyrannical rule will give us plenty of reasons to shed them.
