I'm not a rap fan and don't understand the genre. So maybe I can't fully understand this line:
The world's under new management.
Hardly. O = W and Nixon and all the thugs who preceeded him; so where's this "new management"?
A more appropriate line would be from The Who's "Won't Get Fooled Again":
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
