The amount of energy which must be added to make these batteries will exceed the amount of energy they will provide. And at the end of the day you may not have to dispose of the plastic bags, but there will be a heck of a lot of dead batteries piled up somewhere. How will we dispose of those?
[Did he mention Chevy Volt batteries? Don't they burst into flames?]
