The worst words in the Constitution

The ruling class and their servant Obama ad-Dajjal are working feverishly to get you to believe that the worst words in the US Constitution are these:

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

My assessment, on the other hand, is that the worst words in fact are these:

The Congress shall have power to … promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries.

These words embody the “philosophy” of Ayn Rand, and they are the antithesis of the concept of sharing. More to the point, they give the one percent the means to be your masters.

These words made Bill Gates a billionaire, and saddled you with software that makes you scream and bang your head on your desk.

These words allow a “scientist” to “discover” something beneficial in “your” DNA, to patent it, to sell it, and to essentially own you; without any obligation to get your permission or to share the derived wealth with you. [Sidebar: “Discovery” was the moral justification for the dispossession and eventual extermination of the American Indians.]

These words fund the tycoons of social networking, to whom you “voluntarily” give YOUR copyrighted property, and who make that property their own; once again without any obligation to share the derived wealth with you.

These words led to the recent death by suicide of Aaron Swartz. [Sidebar: Following his death, federal judge Nathaniel M. Gorton dismissed the charges against him. Wasn’t that nice? I’m surprised they didn’t shoot a Hellfire missile at his funeral procession.]

The ruling class and their accomplices in the one percent already have the power to influence and at times control your mind. They use this power to make you their servants and/or their slaves. The wholesale patenting of any and all types of information gives them the ultimate power to control the entire planet, mainly for their benefit.

If we want to be free, we must DEMAND that the following things no longer be treated as commodities, but as necessities of life which belong to everyone:
  • Air
  • Water
  • Food
  • Energy
  • Soil
  • Information of any kind

In essence, the culture of “to win and to have” must be replaced with a culture of “to help and to share”. [Note: This is what Obama ad-Dajjal implied that he would do but clearly has no intention of ever doing. His masters in the ruling class will not allow it.]

Such a transition will be extremely difficult for those of you who drank the American Kool-Aid. If you prefer, go ahead and accept the continuing “right” of the ruling class to own everything; and accept the “necessity” of having to take the mark and get their permission to breath, to eat, even to live.

Hell, isn’t subservience becoming the new American way?
