Uphold the Constitution

This article in The New York Times is complete bullshit:


America, if you let them do this you will be SORRY. Don’t let it happen!

I have a better idea: let’s expel everyone who has violated their oath of allegiance to the Constitution. They and everyone who doesn’t like the Constitution can move to Antarctica and start their own country with its very own ozone hole.

Professor Seidman, the Constitution contains provisions for its own evolution: it can be amended. The thing that tyrants don't like about this is that the States and the people (those to whom the document belongs) have the right to VOTE on Constitutional amendments. What tyrants want to do is IMPOSE a new set of rules on the States and the people WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. They are so much fucking smarter than us that they don't need our permission to rule us (although in the case of President Obama ad-Dajjal any evidence of this alleged smartness, such as college transcripts, must be withheld from us for our own good since we're so stupid we would not know how to interpret it).

New Year's Resolution: Stop believing absurdities!

We Americans wholeheartedly believe many absurdities, including the following:
  • Thomas Jefferson and the Founders really believed that all men are created equal.
  • Economic sanctions that starve children to death are “worth it”.
  • Abortions are performed to protect the health of the mother.
  • Guns make you free.
  • “Excited delirium” is people killing themselves.
  • Water boarding is not torture.
  • We destroy villages in order to save them.
  • Manifest Destiny killed the Indians.
  • Rich people have earned their wealth.
  • We are engaged in a war on terror.
  • The global government we are building will be just and democratic.
  • We Americans are innocent of any and all crimes. God loves us.

In 1918 the German sociologist Max Weber defined the modern state as “a human community that successfully claims the monopoly of the legitimate use of physical force within a given territory”. During his reign as U.S. President, with the enthusiastic support of most members of Congress, George W. Bush attempted to define the global state as an inhuman community which would have the monopoly on the legitimate use of physical force anywhere in the world. The global authority he tried to establish was neither democratic nor compassionate. As he aptly stated on the eve of his first inauguration, “If this were a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator”.

Now the reviled President Bush is gone and forgotten, but what did we get in his place? It was a mistake to believe that Bush was alone in this quest for global authority, or that Obama ad-Dajjal would abandon it. A global dictatorship can only be successful if the people at large have no means to overthrow it. Its architecture will require that all tools of liberation be discarded or outlawed: this includes freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, the right to petition the government, the right to keep, bear, and use firearms, protection against arbitrary search and seizure, the right to a trial by jury and due process, and the protection of the writ of habeas corpus. These are all under attack by “your” government and its servants. This is not an accident or a coincidence.

Abraham Lincoln said in his First Inaugural Address, “It is safe to assert that no government proper ever had a provision in its organic law for its own termination.” He was wrong. The US Constitution guarantees to the people the tools of liberation and freedom, and in so doing it does in fact contain the provision for its own termination at the will of the people. The neo-tyrants realize this, and that is why they have been working so feverishly to pry these tools from our grasp.

Wake up, America. The government and its partners such as Facebook are building and subjecting us to powerful tools of oppression. The window for stopping them is rapidly closing. What are you going to do about it?

The Constitution starts with the words “We the People”. It’s our country. They are our servants. Start acting like you believe it!

The first Newtown lawsuit has been filed, and it values a human life at $100 million. Have you forgotten that we refused to pay promised reparations to Vietnam? How much did Union Carbide pay for the lives lost at Bhopal? Hint: It was a lot less than $100 million apiece.
 
Are our children that much more important than theirs?

The moral life of babies

There is natural law; children are in fact born with an innate sense of right and wrong. You can read about the research proving this @


Society as a whole often overrides this birthright of our children. We teach them things such as:
  • how to lie,
  • how to doubt,
  • how to rebel,
  • how to bewilder themselves,
  • how to get angry,
  • how to be unrighteous,
  • how to destroy,
  • how to love money,
  • how to betray,
  • how to worship false gods,
  • how to accept a false gospel, and
  • how to turn their backs on the one true God.

Not only are children our future, they are our most important responsibility. Be careful what you teach them, because what enters their hearts and minds is what the world becomes.

Many economists are saying that fiscal austerity is a very bad idea:


Unfortunately for us, big money managed to get their servant, Obama ad-Dajjal, re-elected as “our” President. And now he is going to put the screws to us.

Has anyone read the Declaration of Independence lately? Some of the complaints our ancestors had include the following:
  • He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
  • He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
  • He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
  • He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation.
  • For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us.
  • For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States.
  • For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent.
  • For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury.
  • For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments.
  • He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
  • He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

It seems like we have many of the same problems today, or at least similar ones. What are we going to do about it? Debate? Wring our hands? Listen to Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and the talking heads of TV? Call each other stupid?

We used to be a nation that rebelled against tyrants. Now we seem pleased to bow down to one. What's up with that?

It's a little known fact

No gender, race, religion, or other human grouping has a monopoly on stupidity. There's plenty to go around. So please stop calling the people you don't like or with whom you disagree "stupid". By that measure, we're all "stupid".

Try treating people as your equals; you might be surprised at the results.

The false mantra of 9/11

Do you remember the mantra of 9/11 (“Nothing justifies the killing of innocent people”)?

It was bullshit then, and it’s still bullshit now. A more accurate version would have read:

Nothing justifies the killing of innocent people, except …
  • the institution of slavery
  • the imposition of economic sanctions
  • a woman’s right to choose
  • the right to keep and bear arms
  • following proper police procedure
  • military necessity
  • national security
  • the moral imperative of free trade
  • the culture of “to win and to have”
  • the war on terror
  • the false gospel of globalization
  • the horrible threat of religious totalitarianism

Feel free to add your own favorite exceptions to the list. As you do, keep in mind the three basic justifications for America’s murders:
  • The dead were not “innocent”, or
  • The dead were not “people”, or
  • We didn’t kill them (someone else did, they killed themselves, or they were killed by a concept or an institution).

D.H. Lawrence once observed, “The essential American soul is hard, isolate, stoic, and a killer.”

Groceries for guns in LA

I think this is a great idea - groceries for guns:


It also makes me wonder, why didn’t General Petraeus do this in Iraq and Afghanistan? It costs the US one million dollars apiece to keep our troops in Afghanistan. One million dollars buys a lot of groceries.

I think the answer is that the US intentionally arms people so that they will fight among themselves and kill each other. And giving them all guns gives us a reason to do nighttime warrantless searches which allow the US to kidnap, imprison, and torture all men of military age whom we round up.

That way, instead of feeding them for maybe one thousand dollars or less each per year, the "defense" contractors get the one million dollars each for the troops who do the smash and grabs.

This is known as Yankee ingenuity (a.k.a. moral depravity). The saddest thing about this (from the American perspective), is that most of the troops participating in this charade think they are "good Christians". Didn't they ever read the New Testament?

That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

By the way, there is nothing in the New Testament which could possibly justify our persecution of Muslims. Nothing. Should you think otherwise, please send me a list of the scriptures you think will prove me wrong. I would like to read them.

A true winter soldier's guide

  • the gospel of peace and world-wide welcome in the sonnet by Emma Lazarus which will forever be associated with our Statue of Liberty
  • the concern for the fate of the soul with an expectation of heavenly reward which can be found in the opening lines of Thomas Paine's essay "The American Crisis"

Put on the whole armor of God. Learn the difference between murder and war. Shun people who urge you to do bad things by saying they will accomplish good purposes. Live each moment as if it were your last. Seek God and love Him with all your heart, mind, body, and soul. For only His light can safely guide you on your perilous journey through the Land of the Dead.

They are what we used to be

Our so-called enemies, the Muslims, remind me a lot of what we used to be. According to what we have been told:
  • They have strange religious practices they want to maintain without outside interference. (Isn’t that why the Puritans, the Huguenots, and the other religious outcasts of Europe came to America?)
  • They meet in mosques to plot our demise. (Patrick Henry’s “give me liberty or give me death” was made to a group of plotters in Saint John’s Church in Richmond, Virginia.)
  • They secretly obtain and hide weapons to use against the legal authorities. (The militia at Lexington and Concord, Massachusetts had an illegal cache of weapons they were hiding from the British.)
  • They secretly funnel money to the mujaheddin. (The colonists secretly collected money for their militia.)
  • They commit acts of sabotage to destroy our businesses. (The Boston Tea Party was an act of sabotage and property destruction.)
  • They fight the mightiest army in the world using guerrilla tactics. (Duh! That’s how we fought our Revolutionary War).

Are we fighting them because they believe in principles we used to hold dear, but which for the success of the neoliberal, globalist agenda must now be rejected as outdated or barbaric?

All they want is what we used to want, but we can’t let them have because the rulers of this world no longer allow anyone to enjoy the four freedoms:
  • Freedom of speech
  • Freedom of worship
  • Freedom from want
  • Freedom from fear

We’re a nation that used to fight anyone who tried to infringe on these freedoms. Now we’re the chief tool of tyrants who are taking them all away.

A Christmas message

All three of the religious faiths which have been handed down to us through the descendants of Abraham (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) believe that Jerusalem will eventually be the capitol of a worldwide theocracy; a literal Kingdom of God.

I do not know enough about Islam to tell you anything about their vision of this kingdom. But I do have something to say about the Jewish and Christian visions of what it will be.

Years ago I used to listen to a radio program called Politics and Religion. (Imagine that, me listening to politics and religion!) You can learn about it @ http://www.endtime.com/

On one of the programs the host was speaking to the head of a group called The Temple Mount Faithful, a man named Gershon Salomon. His group is one of the most fervent promoters of a rebuilding of the Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. You can read more about them @ http://www.templemountfaithful.org/

After listening to Mr. Salomon and the host talk for 30 minutes about the interaction between Jews and Muslims in Jerusalem, I called in to the show and asked Mr. Salomon the following question: “What will be the role of Christians in your vision of the Kingdom of God?”

Silence, no answer.

Eventually the host of the show said something like, “We’ll have to wait and see what happens.”

I thought that was a strange response from a Christian minister whose chief calling is interpreting the Book of Revelation and speaking and writing about the End Time. Didn’t Jesus tell us what is going to happen and Who will eventually be victorious?

Jesus preached a Gospel describing a God who lives with us and within us. Leo Tolstoy eloquently confirmed this in his well-known work The Kingdom of God is Within You. The God Jesus knows is accessible to everyone; we are all God’s creation and none is greater is His eyes than any other. All except the wicked will be able to freely enter the New Jerusalem:

And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Revelation 21:24-27 KJV

Contrast this with the Jerusalem being built by the Israelis, and the Temple contemplated by Mr. Salomon. It will be surrounded by a nation-size, impenetrable wall topped with gun emplacements and surveillance cameras. No one will be able to enter without being searched and abused by the IDF. Jews will be able to enter freely, but anyone else, if able to enter at all, will have to pass through a gauntlet. According to a recent article in The Telegraph (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/religion/9762745/Christianity-close-to-extinction-in-Middle-East.html), Christianity is dying out in the Middle East. With the exception of the guests of Israel (such as John Hagee), it’s unlikely that any Christian will ever get close to the Temple Mount (and to the God of Israel) after the Third Temple is built. Does that sound like the Kingdom of God and the New Jerusalem preached by Jesus? It doesn’t to me.

Keep one thing in mind: neither Judaism nor Islam can EVER admit to the divinity of Jesus. They could not during His life and they cannot now: to call oneself God is blasphemy in both faiths. To them, Christianity was a dangerous cult then, and it’s still a dangerous cult. That’s not going to change, at least not until God intervenes directly.

So, although people like John Hagee preach that there is a Covenant for the Jews and a New Covenant for Christians (something in which I happen to believe), the Israeli view of the New Covenant is totally different from ours. We’re “the Gentiles” … and that’s about it.

Should there be any objective evidence proving me wrong, I’d like to hear about it.

Merry Christmas! And even though Jesus was not born on December 25, I am glad that He did come into the world. He’s our salvation and our only hope.

America the cargo cult

What is a “cargo cult”?

A cargo cult is a religious practice that has appeared in many traditional pre-industrial tribal societies in the wake of interaction with technologically advanced cultures. The cults focus on obtaining the material wealth (the "cargo") of the advanced culture through magic and religious rituals and practices. Cult members believe that the wealth was intended for them by their deities and ancestors. Cargo cults developed primarily in remote parts of New Guinea and other Melanesian and Micronesian societies in the southwest Pacific Ocean, beginning with the first significant arrivals of Westerners in the 19th century. Similar behaviors have, however, also appeared elsewhere in the world.

Cargo cult activity in the Pacific region increased significantly during and immediately after World War II, when the residents of these regions observed the Japanese and American combatants bringing in large amounts of matériel. When the war ended, the military bases closed and the flow of goods and materials ceased. In an attempt to attract further deliveries of goods, followers of the cults engaged in ritualistic practices such as building crude imitation landing strips, aircraft and radio equipment, and mimicking the behavior that they had observed of the military personnel operating them. That is exactly what the United States has become: a cargo cult. Americans think that all they have to do is wave the flag, quote the Declaration of Independence and Constitution, beat their patriotic breasts, and appeal to the god of Manifest Destiny to restore the material wealth we once enjoyed and still deserve.

It ain’t gonna happen, because “goodness” and “God’s will” were not the source of “our” wealth:
  • We invaded the Americas, exterminated the local populations, and stole their wealth.
  • To make the process easier, we kidnapped millions of Africans and brought them here to be our slaves.
  • When our windfall started to run out, we invaded other countries to steal their wealth, too.
  • We overthrew the elected governments of additional countries, and installed sock-puppet dictators to oppress their own people while “our” corporations stole their wealth.
  • Any time the people (here or there) started to get uppity and demand a fair share of this wealth, we financed counter-revolutions to put them back in their place, usually setting them even further back than from where they started.

Well, Mr. and Mrs. Tea Party, you can rally all you want, listen to Rush Limbaugh, read books by Glenn Beck until your eyeballs pop out, wave the flag and scream all day and all night until your throat is sore, and pretend to do everything you say the Founders did: “your” wealth will never return.

And that’s because not only has America become a cargo cult, but the new persons (corporations) and their servant President Obama ad-Dajjal have persuaded the whores and cocksuckers in "your" Congress that they are more worth saving than you. Say all the Hail Mary’s you want, “your” wealth is not coming back.

You didn’t earn it in the first place.

Why are we in Afghanistan?

In no particular order, these are the reasons we are there:
  • To protect the poppy crop
  • To control the flow of heroin from Pakistan
  • To brainwash, brutalize, punish, and/or kill our own troops
  • To train our troops for nighttime, warrantless break-in-and-search operations everywhere in the world, including in the US
  • To keep the most patriotic Americans out of the US so they can’t interfere with what the government is doing to the rest of us
  • To give the government an excuse for losing or not counting military ballots every election

Abraham Lincoln stated the following in his first inaugural address:

It is safe to assert that no government proper ever had a provision in its organic law for its own termination. Continue to execute all the express provisions of our National Constitution, and the Union will endure forever, it being impossible to destroy it except by some action not provided for in the instrument itself.

This is why Obama ad-Dajjal and the other destroyers are refusing to follow the Constitution: to complete their destruction of America requires powers that the Constitution does not grant to them. Don’t believe them when they say, “We have to destroy (or reinvent) the country in order to save it”. If they want to save America, all they have to do is follow the Constitution.

This is OUR country, WE THE PEOPLE. When are we going to start acting like this is a government of, by, and for the people? Or has that too perished from the earth? All it takes is the following:

With a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

Our so-called enemies, the Muslims, can still do this. Why can’t we? As Patrick Henry so eloquently stated:

Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!

If life and money are all that matter to us, if we no longer care about our sacred honor (which your Representatives and Senators spit on daily), then the battle for America is already lost.

In ancient times America's goddess Demeter was venerated in the fall by a festival known as the Eleusinian Mysteries over a period which in our calendar is September 14-September 23. Here are some of the events in America's civil religion which took place during that period:

Once again, the timing of these events could all be just a coincidence. However, it is remarkable that what otherwise would have been obscure events (Key's poem, Hale's hanging, Arnold's treachery) have been elevated to mythic status. Was it because they occurred during the Mysteries?

Is President Obama ad-Dajjal the new Lincoln?

This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing Government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it.

Lincoln's argument was that no State could leave the Union of its own volition. However, if all of the states agreed to a breakup, he seemed to imply that would be okay.

Likewise, his statement repeated above about the power of the people also implies that we have the power to do what we want: it's OUR government. Not Obama ad-Dajjal's, not Hillary's, not Nancy Pelosi's. OUR government.

Get off our backs, you bastards. And stop taking those expensive vacations. We're broke, and we are sick of you squandering our money on you and your family while we're starving in the dark.

America celebrates the Cerealia

The Mayan calendar “end of days” has come and gone, and we’re all still here. We should have known better, since Jesus Himself told us that we will not know in advance when the end is coming:

But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. (Matthew 24:36 KJV)

There may be some confusion about what is meant by “apocalypse”. Although it is often equated with the events described in the Book of Revelation in the Bible, the word itself does not mean destruction or the end of the world:

So we’re back to where we started, in an era dominated by falsehood and misconception, known popularly as the Presidency of Nobel Laureate Obama ad-Dajjal. Let the revelations continue.

America celebrates the Cerealia (April 12-April 19)

As revealed in previous posts, America’s goddess is Demeter, and America’s idol (the so-called Statue of Liberty) is a representation of Demeter. In the ancient world, this grain goddess was worshipped in two major annual festivals: the Cerealia in the spring, and the Mysteries in the fall. The Cerealia (in our calendar) takes place from April 12 to April 19. Several important (and some less important) events in American history took place on these dates:

These occurrences certainly all could have been coincidences. But it is remarkable that our only two necessary wars (the Revolution and the Civil War) started and other important events in our civil religion occurred during this period. It is also remarkable that the deaths of two of our most venerated Presidents (Abraham Lincoln and Franklin Roosevelt) also happened in these days.

Intentionally or not, America does celebrate the Cerealia.

War without end, amen

Letter from a Nobel Laureate (Peace Prize)

Dear Mr. Speaker: (Dear Mr. President:)

I am providing this supplemental consolidated report, prepared by my Administration and consistent with the War Powers Resolution (Public Law 93-148), as part of my efforts to keep the Congress informed about deployments of U.S. Armed Forces equipped for combat.

Or as George Orwell put it "war is peace, freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength".

MILITARY OPERATIONS AGAINST AL-QA'IDA, THE TALIBAN, AND ASSOCIATED FORCES AND IN SUPPORT OF RELATED U.S. COUNTERTERRORISM OBJECTIVES

Since October 7, 2001, the United States has conducted combat operations in Afghanistan against al-Qa'ida terrorists, their Taliban supporters, and associated forces. In support of these and other overseas operations, the United States has deployed combat-equipped forces to a number of locations in the U.S. Central, Pacific, European, Southern, and Africa Command areas of operation. Previously such operations and deployments have been reported, consistent with Public Law 107-40 and the War Powers Resolution, and operations and deployments remain ongoing. These operations, which the United States has carried out with the assistance of numerous international partners, have been successful in seriously degrading al-Qa'ida's capabilities and brought an end to the Taliban's leadership of Afghanistan.

United States Armed Forces continue to pursue and engage remaining al-Qa'ida and Taliban fighters in Afghanistan while transitioning to an Afghan security lead. The Afghanistan Force Management Level is approximately 66,000, under the 68,000 level directed by June 2011 Presidential guidance. Approximately 61,000 of these forces are assigned to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan.

The U.N. Security Council most recently reaffirmed its authorization of ISAF for a 12-month period until October 13, 2013, in U.N. Security Council Resolution 2069 (October 9, 2012). The mission of ISAF, under NATO command and in partnership with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, is to prevent Afghanistan from once again becoming a safe haven for international terrorists. Fifty nations, including the United States and all NATO members, contribute forces to ISAF. These forces, including the U.S. "surge" forces, all of which had redeployed by the end of last summer, broke Taliban momentum and trained additional Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF). The ANSF are now increasingly assuming responsibility for security on the timeline committed to at the 2010 NATO Summit in Lisbon by the United States, our NATO allies, ISAF partners, and the Government of Afghanistan.

United States Armed Forces are detaining in Afghanistan approximately 946 individuals under the Authorization for the Use of Military Force (Public Law 107-40) as informed by the law of war. On March 9, 2012, the United States signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Afghan government under which the United States is to transfer Afghan nationals detained by U.S. forces in Afghanistan to the custody and control of the Afghan government within 6 months. Since the MOU was signed, approximately 3,100 detainees have been transferred to Afghan control.

The combat-equipped forces, deployed since January 2002 to Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, continue to conduct secure detention operations for the approximately 166 detainees at Guantanamo Bay under Public Law 107-40 and consistent with principles of the law of war.

In furtherance of U.S. efforts against members of al-Qa'ida, the Taliban, and associated forces, the United States continues to work with partners around the globe, with a particular focus on the U.S. Central Command's area of responsibility. In this context, the United States has deployed U.S. combat-equipped forces to assist in enhancing the counterterrorism capabilities of our friends and allies, including special operations and other forces for sensitive operations in various locations around the world.

In Somalia, the U.S. military has worked to counter the terrorist threat posed by al-Qa'ida and associated elements of al-Shabaab. In a limited number of cases, the U.S. military has taken direct action in Somalia against members of al-Qa'ida, including those who are also members of al-Shabaab, who are engaged in efforts to carry out terrorist attacks against the United States and our interests.

The U.S. military has also been working closely with the Yemeni government to operationally dismantle and ultimately eliminate the terrorist threat posed by al-Qa'ida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), the most active and dangerous affiliate of al-Qa'ida today. Our joint efforts have resulted in direct action against a limited number of AQAP operatives and senior leaders in that country who posed a terrorist threat to the United States and our interests.

The United States is committed to thwarting the efforts of al-Qa'ida and its associated forces to carry out future acts of international terrorism, and we have continued to work with our counterterrorism partners to disrupt and degrade the capabilities of al-Qa'ida and its associated forces. As necessary, in response to the terrorist threat, I will direct additional measures against al-Qa'ida, the Taliban, and associated forces to protect U.S. citizens and interests. It is not possible to know at this time the precise scope or the duration of the deployments of U.S. Armed Forces necessary to counter this terrorist threat to the United States. A classified annex to this report provides further information.

MILITARY OPERATIONS IN CENTRAL AFRICA

In October and November 2011, U.S. military personnel with appropriate combat equipment deployed to Uganda to serve as advisors to regional forces that are working to apprehend or remove Joseph Kony and other senior Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) leaders from the battlefield, and to protect local populations. The total number of U.S. military personnel deployed for this mission, including those providing logistical and support functions, is approximately 79. United States forces are working with select partner nation forces to enhance cooperation, information-sharing and synchronization, operational planning, and overall effectiveness. Elements of these U.S. forces have deployed to forward locations in the LRA-affected areas of the Republic of South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and the Central African Republic to enhance regional efforts against the LRA. These forces, however, will not engage LRA forces except in self-defense. It is in the U.S. national security interest to help our regional partners in Africa to develop their capability to address threats to regional peace and security, including the threat posed by the LRA. The United States is pursuing a comprehensive strategy to help the governments and people of this region in their efforts to end the threat posed by the LRA and to address the impacts of the LRA's atrocities.

MARITIME INTERCEPTION OPERATIONS

As noted in previous reports, the United States remains prepared to conduct maritime interception operations on the high seas in the areas of responsibility of each of the geographic combatant commands. These maritime operations are aimed at stopping the movement, arming, and financing of certain international terrorist groups, and also include operations aimed at stopping proliferation by sea of weapons of mass destruction and related materials.

MILITARY OPERATIONS IN EGYPT

Approximately 694 military personnel are assigned to the U.S. contingent of the Multinational Force and Observers, which have been present in Egypt since 1981.

U.S.-NATO OPERATIONS IN KOSOVO

The U.N. Security Council authorized Member States to establish a NATO-led Kosovo Force (KFOR) in Resolution 1244 on June 10, 1999. The original mission of KFOR was to monitor, verify, and, when necessary, enforce compliance with the Military Technical Agreement between NATO and the then-Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (now Serbia), while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Today, KFOR deters renewed hostilities in cooperation with local authorities, bilateral partners, and international institutions. The principal military tasks of KFOR forces are to help maintain a safe and secure environment and to ensure freedom of movement throughout Kosovo.

Currently, 22 NATO Allies contribute to KFOR. Eight non-NATO countries also participate. The United States contribution to KFOR is approximately 760 U.S. military personnel out of the total strength of approximately 5,989 personnel, which includes a temporarily deployed operational reserve force.

REGIONAL SECURITY OPERATIONS

As noted in my report of September 14, on September 12 a security force deployed to Libya to support the security of U.S. personnel in Libya. Further, on September 13, an additional security force arrived in Yemen in response to security threats there. These forces will remain in place until the security situation no longer requires them.

I have directed the participation of U.S. Armed Forces in all of these operations pursuant to my constitutional and statutory authority as Commander in Chief (including the authority to carry out Public Law 107-40 and other statutes) and as Chief Executive, as well as my constitutional and statutory authority to conduct the foreign relations of the United States. Officials of my Administration and I communicate regularly with the leadership and other Members of Congress with regard to these deployments, and we will continue to do so.

p.s. I know you have not formally declared war since December 8, 1941, but since you're all such a pack of pussies what difference does it make? Some people just are fun to kill.

"Security" is not the same as "peace". Security is almost the same as "stability", and stability is one of the prerequisites for those bastards who have all the money to "invest" in countries around the world. And "investment" means buying up sock-puppet dictators who will oppress (i.e., torture and murder) their own people while the investors steal the nations' riches. Anyone who doesn't go along with the program is an "extremist" who can be branded as a "terrorist" and put on the kill list (or not, who would ever know for certain?) and killed. Along with anyone standing near them, who should have been smarter than to stand next to a bad person defined as bad by the Nobel Laureate in a way that cannot be revealed to the public or reviewed by any court.

By any reasonable definition, this constitutes tyranny; but in the former land of the free and the home of the brave live only weasels and cowards who seem to enjoy the fact that their "President" is a tyrant.

Merry Christmas, in a non-religious sort of way. I wouldn't want to be called a "religious extremist". Would you? I thought so.

Sometimes it's instructive to consider how other people see us:
